These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Apex Guild Awards services, including nominations, evaluations, communications, and the purchase of awards. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Anyone may submit a nomination by providing the required information truthfully. Nominees must be legitimate, operational small or independent businesses.

By submitting a nomination, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Apex Guild Awards may contact nominees and collect further information through optional questionnaires.

All nominations are subject to review by our judging panel. Selection is based on impact, integrity, and contribution — not popularity or payment. Completion of the questionnaire, while optional, enhances the judging process.

We reserve the right to contact nominees for additional information or clarification. Failure to respond may affect a nominee’s eligibility.

Winners may choose to purchase a bespoke, personalised trophy. Because each trophy is individually customised to the specific winner, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been received. This includes errors submitted by the customer during the order process. Please carefully review and confirm all details — including name spelling, business name, and any other customisation — before completing your order.

Trophies are packaged with care and shipped via trusted couriers. Apex Guild Awards is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss during transit. Any issues should be addressed directly with the courier.

All content on our website (including text, graphics, and logos) is owned by Apex Guild Awards. Use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Apex Guild Awards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost opportunities or reputational impact.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to disqualify nominations that contain false information, violate our values, or attempt to manipulate the selection process.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store payment card details. Refunds will not be issued for any personalised item once payment has been made.

We are not responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or labour disruptions.

By submitting a nomination or questionnaire, you agree that the information provided is truthful and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit.

Submission of a nomination or questionnaire does not guarantee selection or receipt of an award. The decision of the judging panel is final.

By accepting an award, you grant Apex Guild Awards the right to use your business name, logo, and excerpts from your submission for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to the announcement.

Each award is crafted individually. Minor design variations may occur and are not grounds for complaint or refund.

Any disputes arising from your use of Apex Guild Awards services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you submit information on behalf of another individual or business, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions or authority to do so. Apex Guild Awards assumes no liability for unauthorised disclosures.

We reserve the right to rescind or withhold awards if, after announcement, new information arises that conflicts with the values or integrity of Apex Guild Awards. This may include evidence of unethical conduct, false claims, or public harm.

Winners may be invited to participate in future Apex Guild events, features, or campaigns. Participation is optional. By attending or being featured, you grant permission for photography, recording, and promotional use unless explicitly declined in writing.

Any digital award assets provided (such as badges or logos) are licensed for use by the awardee only and must not be altered or misused. Apex Guild Awards reserves the right to revoke usage if misrepresentation occurs.

Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the spelling, names, and other details submitted for product personalisation. Apex Guild Awards does not proof or edit submissions and will not be held liable for customer errors once the order is confirmed.

Trophies, digital badges, and any other award materials may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial gain beyond personal or business display without prior written consent from Apex Guild Awards.

The evaluation process is conducted confidentially. Judging panel decisions are based on internal criteria and discretion. Attempts to influence judges may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any award.

Inclusion in the Apex Guild Awards does not imply endorsement of any business or service by Apex Guild Awards. Users are advised to exercise their own discretion when engaging with awardees.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the right to later enforce that or any other part of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Guild Awards regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior communications, understandings, or agreements.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Guild Awards, its employees, judges, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to reject any submission containing offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content at our sole discretion.

As these are personalised items, they are exempt from cancellation rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under UK jurisdiction.
